Alison Segel, Certified Life Coach

My name is Alison Segel, and I am a spiritual life coach born and raised in Los Angeles, California. My own journey with recovery and depression to living a full and joyful life inspired me to be of service to others who deserve the same. In my 20s, I struggled with addiction and a physically and emotionally abusive relationship. Additionally, I was born with a chronic illness, and was the survivor of a childhood sexual assault.

Disassociating from my trauma caused me to disconnect from the highest version of myself, and I lost my sense of who I was in this world and my purpose in it. Through deep self-work, I was able to relieve myself of resentments, fears, blocks, and old ideas that were keeping me stuck. I’d like to share the tools I have with you through spiritual life coaching and reiki, to give you a life that is expansive, healthy, mindful, and full of gifts.
